I am another Simon, and another graduate in Computer Science — a software consultant, crystal ball gazer, breadboarding guru and part-time wage slave.
I can 'get by' using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL and Python and I occasionally add comments to my code.
Currently using VS Code to program microcontrollers (mainly ESP32s) embedded with MicroPython.
I carry a small hammer for the solution of hardware prototyping problems.
What I Write About
This blog covers whatever catches my attention: the philosophy of time, the future of electronics manufacturing, growing food in gutters, the history of parallel computing, and the occasional deeply silly poem.
